Sarah Dodeen is an award-winning HR leader, executive coach, and trainer specializing in career coaching, leadership development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, and outplacement services. With over 18 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and executive coaching, she has successfully designed and led strategies that enhance leadership pipelines, foster inclusive workplaces, and drive talent optimization across private-sector corporations, international NGOs, and UN agencies. Her expertise extends beyond recruitment, encompassing HR strategy, talent development and DEI strategy to build equitable and high-performing workplaces.

Abeer is a highly accomplished Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of experience across government, NGOs, and the private sector, including multinational organizations. She specializes in delivering strategic HR solutions, workforce planning, employee development programs, and leadership coaching to drive organizational success. With a strong academic foundation, professional certifications, and fluency in English and Arabic, Abeer brings a global perspective to HR best practices. She has a proven track record of managing multicultural teams and implementing effective HR strategies in dynamic, international environments.

Throughout her career, Abeer has held key roles, including Human Resources Director and Consultant, working with multinational organizations such as the British Council and supporting various Canadian companies in Toronto. She excels in designing and implementing HR functions, workforce strategies, and training programs that enhance employee engagement and organizational growth. As a Certified Training & Development Practitioner (CTDP) and Certified Executive Coach (ICF Member).
